New Maserati Grecale

Maserati have introduced a new model to compete in the smaller SUV segment taking on the likes of the Porsche Macan. Versatile, spacious, smart fast and fun sums up this elegant everyday SUV.

Grecale takes the name of a wind and is a range within a range. It offers a conventional combustion engine; a hybrid and a full electric option will be arriving soon and will be the first 100% electric SUV in Maserati history.

For the launch three versions will be available, the GT, the Modena and the Trofeo each offering distinct aspects of the same theme. 

Grecale GT: Four cylinder 300-hp mild hybrid (223 kW) is ideal for city driving and is intended for fashion consciousness drivers demanding personal style.

Grecale Modena: Four cylinder 330-hp mild hybrid (247 kW) has timeless elegance unleashes the charm of nature lovers who make the most of their free time.

Grecale Trofeo: Powerful 530-hp V6 (395 kW) represents pure adrenaline, where the cars performance becomes the perfect tool to take up your own personal challenge.

Three quite different ways of interpreting the new Grecale with three colours at launch. The GT comes in Bronzo Opaca, the Modena in Grigio Cangiante (grey) made possible by an interposed three-layer paint with effects of summer light and the Trofeo a Giallo Corse which is two heraldic colours with yellow base and a blue mica for the sportiest look.

360 degree sound courtesy of the engines unmistakable roar and the  Sonus faber audio system with 3D sound and up to twenty-one speakers. 12.3 inch central screen and a smaller 8.8 inch comfort display with extra controls and new digital clockface.

To top the driving experience the Grecale offers five configurable drive modes, Comfort, GT, Sport, Corsa (Trofeo only) and off-road meaning you can shift from the most user friendly mood and comfort to the powerful emotions of extreme responsiveness and potency.
