There was yet another Tesla Autopilot accident in Detroit, just a few days after news of the first Autopilot fatality. Involving a Tesla Model X, Albert Scaglione and his son-in-law Tim Yanke survived the crash. NTSB Publishes First Report on Fatal Tesla Autopilot Crash

The preliminary report indicates Joshua Brown’s Tesla was doing 74 in a 65 zone, though speed is not indicated as a factor in the crash.
