BMW launches globally in November 2020 the all new 128ti. With its specially tuned M Sport suspension and Torsen limited-slip differential, the exclusively
front-wheel-drive compact sports has an unwavering focus on providing highly engaged driving pleasure.
The new BMW 128ti is powered by a 2.0-litre BMW TwinPower Turbo, new technology which is a direct offshoot of the BMW M135i xDrive. – the BMW Group’s most powerful four-cylinder unit developing 195 kW (265 hp). The eight-speed Steptronic Sport transmission is fitted as standard. Fuel consumption is claimed at between 6.1 and 6.4 l/100 km, CO2 emissions combined 148: – 139 g/km. Stiffer springs and shock absorbers adapt accordingly providing excellent driving dynamics. The 128ti is also 80 kgs lighter than the flagship model.
18-inch Y-spoke 553 M bi-colour light alloy wheels are reserved exclusively for the BMW 128ti, while sports tyres can be specified as a no cost option. The M Sport braking system with red-painted callipers provides good braking performance. From the front the obvious enlarged black BMW kidney grille complement the black mirror caps. If the 128ti is ordered in Melbourne Red or Misano Blue metallic paint finishes the accent “ti” badge come in black. Inside contains a host of red accents including a large Race Red surface in the backrests of the sports seats and embroidered “ti” badge in the central armrest and contrast stitching in door panels and instrument panels. Red stitching is also featured on the steering wheel rim and air-bag cover.
